Bad Courier Services

Delivery courier services needs to be checked out . They delivered my package at 21:00 last night . Who does this

The call centre agent handling this matter chooses to believe the courier service instead of the customer she call me and tells me that there was a breakdown with the courier and the guys delivering told us they were stuck in protest in bulwer . No I’m made to look like a **** ? she is obviously not interested in customers

I’ve confirmed this with my dad who is 70 years old and had to walk up to collect this package so late at night. The courier have no consideration for the elderly and this women handling this case had no consideration either
