Bad Business Practices
My late wife had an account with this service provider, upon her death they asked for her Death Certificate and Copy of ID which was supp**** to them last year Nov/Dec(emailed to ***)
Recently they have their consultants pestering me with calls regarding her account and that I need to pay the amount owed. This company has started sending SMSs indicated that legal action will be followed I will be blacklisted.
