BAD BAD SERVICE - NO ITC UPDATES

My account was paid in full on the 24 December 2019, today is the 27 February 2020 my ITC status has not been updated as results my life is standing still. Surely it cannot take more than 3 months for such to happen.

Called their call center instead i"m told speak to our legal department...
