Bad bad service

I regret the day I place an order from this Company,their call centre agents are rude and totally unprofessional and uneducated.I spoke with Sethu or Esethu from collection with regards to my account that is still standing on the same balance ever since I purchased,she was so rude and don’t have at all CX principles.
