Bad bad service

I’m not happy with home choice they don’t debit then they will call you and tell you that you’ve missed your debit order and then when you tell them that money is in the account they tell you that they can’t debit now they will double debit next month then they miss their debit order date the next following month they debit 2 days later then they call you saying they have not received your payment I retreat why I did business with them they are so unprofessional and the agent I spoke to was rude to me
