Bad bad service

I opened an account with them. Gave them my banking details to pay via debit order. The 1st month they took a premium by debit order, and thereafter keep on phoning me regarding my arrears account, which I am paid in advance, because I eft'd more than what I should. They stuffed up my credit record because it shows that I have missed 2 payments, which is not the case. To try and speak to them to get the debit order going and fix my credit score is as good as speaking to a tree. I think I will get more joy from the tree though. The most pathetic staff ever!!!! Will not buy from them ever!!!
