Bad bad homechoice

I bought a chest drawer from home choice, they charged me assembly fee which was not done.. I then called the courier guy regarding the assembly and they said they don't assembly homechoice items because they never received training from home choice to assembly their things.. I then called homechoice regarding that, the lady said she will cancel the assembly fee. I said okay.. Now two days I call to ask regarding that cancelation now the lady from homechoice comes with stories of how xe can't cancel the assembly fee because I'll lose the warranty or something.. But now what's worse is the didn't do a good job on the chest drawer I've got missing hole, so I can't complete the chest drawer. Now the lady from home choice tells me to drill the holes my self. After I've paid R2499 for the chest, R316, 12 for the delivery, R323, 73 for facility account and R100 for an assembly that didn't happen.. I'm not happy with this..
