bad and rude customer care assistance at Homechoice

I phoned Homechoice customer care line to trace an order 5 minutes ago the lady i spoke to was so rude because of contact numbers not matching and she could not assist me because i told her i've been using my current number for more that 15 years and she mentioned that the lady who assisted me with my order was not even supposed to do that from the first place.

I have not receive any call from Homechoice and my main concern is that I gave the lady I spoke to my bank details so I'm worried if it was a **** or the real thing.
