back ache is the price you pay for buying a "NEW" bed

I purchased a "NEW" restonic bed from homechoice in November,the beds (a single bed was free with the purchase) was delivered to me on the 18th.

It took me about 3 days before i decided to actually open the packaging of the new bed.

on the very first night the bed bulged and it felt as though we were sleeping on springs olny.

I then contacted homechoice and they took days before they responded.

the manager of restonic contacted me and we agreed on a new bed to be delivered to me in january as there factory closed for the festive season.

days before christmas my husband and i decided to let my six year old use the mattress of the single bed and to our suprise this mattress is exactly the same.

at this point i just want my money back....or money to be credited to my account again.

I am literally sleeping on coils every night and this is the last thing i need as i am 5 months pregnant.
