awaiting refund for 3 months

I am waiting for a refund for 3 months and all i get from the consultants is the goods have not been received at their head office . On the 9th December 2020 i returned the goods to the showroom in Rissik Street Johannesburg No one could use their initiative to make a call to Rissik Street to trace the whereabouts of the goods. it was a cash deal so i am less the goods and less my money which is over 2k. This has been my worse experience
