Good Day Kindly note that I am still awaiting your contact and this is becoming pathetic. I still haven’t received contact regarding delivery nor from your side to apologise and fix my issue. If HomeChoice is unable to deliver the service they’re supposed to kindly please cancel my order. I am so disappointed as I was looking forward to having your beautiful quality bedding but I guess my expectations were too high. If delivery is not made today before 15h00 then please cancel my order

Hi Homechoice I do not know if this is a joke or what but I just received notification that my parcel could not be delivered however it was never attempted. If this parcel is not delivered tomorrow before 5 just cancel that order and send proof of cancelation. I was giving you the benefit of the doubt but now it seems like I am the stupid one cos I got 2 calls yesterday promising a delivery but nothing happened.

@Homechoice, Kindly please advise if my delivery is going to take place today or of you will be canceling my order as this is the only way I am able to communicate with you and at this point not getting any response either

So you do not respond to any of my emails and drop all of my calls at your call center, what is really going on??
