Attempt At Opening a ********** Account In My Name!

I was notified by my bank that Homechoice has requested my bank statements. My bank informed me that the request was made because I was trying to open a store account at Homechoice.

I informed them that this was an attempt at opening a ********** account in my name because I have never tried opening an account with Homechoice nor have I ever set foot in any of their stores.
