***** at Homechoice

Good day, I have a problem with home choice. On the 06/04/2023 I received a message and e-mail confirming my order at homechoice that I made on this day. I called homechoice immediately and advised that, that order its ***** I am not aware of it, I asked the lady that I was speaking to, to cancel the order and report it as *****. I went to the police station to do affidavit I e-mailed the affidavit on the 11/04/2023 to ********. I was advised that they will investigate and come back to me. I haven't received any feedback from homechoice, I have been calling homechoice everyweek to follow up but instead the is no solution I am being told that the order will be cancelled once it is returned to the warehouse. I called again to find out if the order was sent back to the warehouse to my surprise the order was delivered if to who I have no idea after I have been calling homechoice to cancel the order and not to deliver it and I also received the statement including this *****ulent order. No one is calling me at homechoice to update me on what is happening I have been waiting for their ***** department to come back to me but nothing. I AM DEMANDING AN UPDATED STATEMENT FROM HOMECHOICE WITH AN UPDATED OUTSTANDING BALANCE AND MONTHLY INSTALMENT. AND I AM NOT GOING TO PAY THIS MONTH INSTALMENT UNTIL THIS IS RESOLVED.And no arrear amount will be added on my account.
