Arrogant consultants harassing Homechoice customers

When my husband was unemployed i made arrangements to pay off my account with a lessor amount each month, which i do every single month, never miss, i think my balance is about R65.00 as we speak so another rude and arrogant agent calls me today speaks over me whilst im speaking , why is she calling me, i don't want your calls , you have no need to call me and no need for you agents to harass me another one called a little later on refusing to identify herself, but wanting me to confirm who i am and give my date of birth over the phone to an unknown person, what is wrong with your company and your agents that they believe they can treat people this way ?????????? It is disgraceful not sure how you are still in business
