APPAULING ASSISTANCE FROM HOMECHOICE

Hi,

I have still not received any proper assistance from HOMECHOICE. This is unacceptable! An outstanding amount of R1212,00 is STILL due to me because the product I purchased was not delivered An amount of R30 is due to HOMECHOICE from me. Why can't they deduct the the R30 from the R1212,00 and give me the balance which is due to me? Every consaltant keeps calling me telling me about the settlement amount and not even one wants to tell me when I will receive my money back! Ever since I wrote the review I have been receiving these irrelevant calls which still till today have not resolved my issue
