Appalling service and quality of goods

I will never order from HomeChoice ever again. The customer service is absolutely appalling and I was then laughed at by one of the employees because clearly my complaint is a joke. My order was defective and the woman in short admitted that they ignored me for the return period to run out, which is now 60 days according to their website and not 14 days. They have an amazing selection of items, but the quality of the goods is just as bad as their service.
