Appalling service

If I could give a zero star I would, Homechoice's service is appalling it's been months and I've been waiting on a refund that's been due since June if I'm not mistaken. 6 months later still nothing now I have to fork out R3300 and pay someone back someone as they had asked me to place an order for them but because Homechoice has failed to return the money after numerous times of trying to get feedback. Last complaint I published I was promised a callback I'm still waiting don't know what more is needed for me to do ...
