Appalling Service

Aowa; Aowa..Really I can not stand this I have placed my order.Paid cash for it. It has since been out for delivery till this day,Whats worse you don't have any facility on your website that can assist me with tracking my parcel,You've been in existence for so long with online purchases, what have you been doing if you do not have all the correct facility for the customers to check on the orders online;track my parcel.I know we are going through lock-down, but really sounds like so many companies are making excuses now. Home choice is the 1st of many. I want my order. Your call center agents do not even answer the phone for new or existing customers. Or refund me, I better receive response in regards to my query.
