Appalling service

I got a parcel from homechoice today, and the condition of the box was appalling. The box looked like it had been kicked around a few times and the sealing tape was removed. Some of the contents inside did not below to me. I called the call center to tell them this and until now no one has come back to me. I also sent them two emails with pictures and i still haven't received a response. Come month-end they will be expecting me to pay my account yet i have received an order that doesn't belong to me
