Appalling Customer Service

Home choice phoned me fairly quickly after my post went live. They wanted to know how they could assist. They asked for my name and ID number which I gave them. I told them briefly that this was the second time but this time they were using my previous married surname. I asked if they did not have any detail of the previous case(affidavit at police station supp**** to them) and the caller said if I was not willing to give them detail they could not help. I find this totally unacceptable
