appalling customer service

i would like to cancel my order with home choice they have an appalling customer service Iviwe Solwandla and Zukiswa were pathetic unprofessional by speaking over me on the phone as i wanted to speak, they could not tell me where on terms and conditions where can i read them as they say my order cannot be cancelled. Iviwe was even worse she shouted at me and was rude.
