Annoying phone calls and still reflecting om my record, stay away.

They do not update your credit record for more than a year now they state that i have an amount of R 899 to be paid to them that reflects on my record and monthly installment of R 168.00 which has been paid up long ago and is affecting my record, i just want a closure letter and for them to remove themselves from my credit record. Phoned them and said it cannot be done once listed it will stay like that forever which is not allowed.

Then every month how many phone calls trying to sell more products sometimes up to 3 calls a day and requested more than once to stop calling me i am not interested and i am waiting for a closure letter from them, but till date none received.
