Annoying incomplete calls the whole

I've been receiving calls that cut off everytime I try and answer from Finchoice/Fonechoice with numbers from all provinces the whole day.

I don't what this is all about but I'm honestly very annoyed because the last one just asked to speak to me and it hung up.

I hope I'm not getting charged for these incomplete calls.
