Annoyed
On Wednesday I received a package I have not ordrer with home choice. On Thursday they call this number*** called me telling me they will come collect the order on Saturday. Nobody called n yesterday they said today. This morning they*** sent me an sms welcoming me to home choice *** fools. I call again this number n they saying I must send it back via the post office. Is it my problem now?? That package is so huge how the **** must I carry this in the taxi. I font this *** number that order such. The customer care lady says they will start billing me for what. You guys got no ethics what so ever. How can you deliver something to me that I have not ordered or singed for mxm. You sent this to my neighbour. Plz arrange something as I won't be carrying something so huge in a taxi n got no money to do all this nonsense
