Good day,
Please provide me with a paid up letter for my account. I phoned last week and spoke to two consutants, they both assured me that my account was paid up and that I would get a letter, but today when I phoned to make a follow, the consultant told me that my account was due by R200,00. What level of nonsense is that? Please email the paid up letter and remove my details from your system.
