Account still showing active

I had credit with these guys and I paid it up sometime last year if not the year before that but their account still shows active on my credit profile with an amount of R1000 and odd rands. I'm very furious with this matter as I have asked for a settlement letter manneir times and nothing happened and today I come across this. This is not only affecting my creefid score but my personal life as well, I am very angry and disappointed with this company, I hope my name will be cleared soon as this is very bed for me
