Account not credited after returning goods.

Gooday, my name is Ketso Nyathi, I bought ladies boots from Home choice and they were delivered to me end of May. I did not like the quality hence i returned them back with the impression that my account will credited and get my courier refund as per their terms. Now i received the statement which shows that i owe them money for boots that i returned to them. May you help me resolve this because my name is being tarnished and i would end up having a bad credit record.
