Account information missing

i have been owing Home choice for a year and a half due to not working, i have been receiving calls from NBA Attorneys for collection and couldn't make any payment at that time. now that i have a job and want to pay them, i started calling the attorneys requesting the settlement letter to make a payment on my account and they told me the account is taken back to Homechoice, immediately i called Homechoice requesting the settlement letter for payment, the guy i was talking to told me the account is still with NBA Attorneys i must call them back they will assist me,. called back the NBA Attorneys and the lady told be my account was taken back to Homechoice on the 19.12.2017. from the info i got i told the lady i spoke with from Homechoice that my account is with them, i got a different story that the account is with HTN and the lady gave me the contact details for HTN.

i called HTN and gave the lady my ID No and she couldn't recall my account on their system, tried to check with my cell still nothing on their system.

i need to know what is going on with my account, i want to pay it now but i cant seem to get what im looking for.
