Account Closure Issue

If I could give you a zero star rating I would but I can't. I have been trying to close my account with them for almost 4 months now. Each month I phone customer service they say the account is closed but I keep getting a statement. How do you close an account but still get a statement to top it off. Customer service is less than putrat they tell lies that your account is closed you won't receive statemwnts anymore next month comes bam you receive another. It's gotten to a point where the people at customer services even say systems are offline we'll get back to you but never get back to you. I would just tell everyone stay away honestly do not open an account or give personal information it's all about sales to them no humanity whatsoever.
