Account closure :Bad service !!!!!

I had an account with homechoice and had taken bedding and a few other stuff. Exactly on june 11 i settled the account and requested that it be closed and ITC be updated and i was told that they do not close the account they leave it at 0 balance. I was told i will not be paying anything after that but now a statement comes in saying i am to pay a certain amount and when i check details interms of charges, i saw that on the 30th i was charged interest like how? When the balance shows that i overpaid them and they owe me. Im sick and tired of home choice. My fiance also bought a gas heater from them beginning of June and we’re still waiting for it they said its at our nearest post office we went there still nothing and they keep calling telling him to pay.
