Account Closure

Homechoice has the worst service EVER!!!! My account with them was paid up and when I asked them to close it I was told that they cannot do that which is ABSOLUTE BULL****!!! I need someone to contact as soon as possible to close that account as I am no longer interested.....Should I not receive a phone call in 48 hours I am going to escalate this further.
