Absurd service and ripp off

Distgusted with the price ******* and poor service that this retailer is doing. Took out an online order with them, was told that my monthly payments would be R63.To my surprise they attempt to debit about R100 , and how do you even debit without a debit order mandate being successful, this goes to show that they're ******. Then an agent calls and says that their service fee is only R16 extra to your monthly payments and he doesn't know how my bill got to R100 a month as opposed to R79. Further to that they say that my next payment will be R249. Please make it make sense, now they refusing to listen to the call between the agent and myself because they want to continue to lie to me. Their complaints department does not know what they're doing and sure as hell don't know who they dealing with.
