Absolutely Unprofessional and ***********
Remove me from your system immediately. Your call centre agents are completely unprofessional, and honestly, it feels like they’re not even properly trained. Every single time I answer, they drop the call, and when I finally got someone on the line, he spoke to me in a language I don’t even understand. When I asked him to remove me from your system, he slammed the phone down in my ear.
This is absolutely unacceptable. Delete my details and do NOT contact me again.
