Absolutely ridiculous.
I placed an order and paid on 2 Jan. I have had to phone 6 times and email several times only to be told yesterday that they have no stock (after messing me around over the delivery discount that they gave me). Now they tell me I have to give other bank details in order to get my refund. THAT IS RIDICULOUS - I will not open another bank account nor will I involve someone else and incur charges for them. SORT THIS OUT. Account no ***
And this is their non professional response: “Pliz call homechoice dear” after I already spent 20 minutes on hold waiting for someone with authority to assist (their call Centre people are not empowered at all)
