Abandoned order

I placed an order on the 08th of April for the media box and still not received it. I have sent emails to the complaints team as well as the delivery support team. I am so disappointed and ambushed by the service. I am now going to the media for this. This is the most terrible ****ing experience. I will never ever recommended no customer to you. I want my order delivered today. I have already had a chat to my radio colleagues about this and they have said this is not the first time there is a comaint about this company. This company is going to the grounds. I want my damn order today.
