7-10 day delivery policy is just a Fat lie, extremely bad service

I opened a online account on homechoice and made a big order on the 11th June, i haven't heard anything from them so the 7-10 days delivery policy is just a lie, so homechoice agent tried to call not sure if i was called by mistake cause all i heard was a woman playing with her children, so unprofessional i must say all i want now is to cancel the order and no debit order should go through cause that would **** me off, im done with homechoices bad service first time ans the last time for sure
