28th Nov order

On the 28th Nov my parcel was dispatched,got an SMS to confirm that and its parcel no PFS***1.today I got a call from *** and the consultant wanted to promote some promo their are having,but I told her I can't make another order while I'm still waiting for an order,to my suprise she told me that on her system it shows that my order was delivered.i got frustrated and couldn't believe what Homechoice was doing to me AGAIN!!!!!truelly this was a bad year for me and Homechoice I don't see a future with them anymore they make my life difficult 1st it was the wrong bed story 2nd it's the gift I'm STILL waiting for them to collect,and by the way they never got back to me when I posted on HelloPeter on the 7th and now 3rd the order I'm STILL waiting for and by their system it was delivered.please Homechoice can I have my order DELIVERED AS SOON AS YESTERDAY....
