2 Duvet set gifts never delivered
I ordered two 3 qauter bedroom and each comes with a duvet set worth R800 for free. The delivery guys never came with the duvets sets. I keep sending emails to both contacts and delivery email address and no reply. I called and I was given an escalation reference number *** and this order was done 1st week of April. My Order number ***9. I am not happy because the duvet free gifts was never delivered to date. I plan to visit you store in Wynerburg.
