I wouldn't recommend anyone to open homechoice account there is alot of *****ulent activities happening there,i settled my account account 2021 and it was closed to my surprise i started receiving calls ealier this year from debt collection company saying that i owe them R12000 i took a fridge and it was received by the person called thabang and i advised them i know nothing about that...its obviously an inside job that was done by their agents because how does a person take something under my account where do they get my details because i paid off my account now its messing up my credit profile so bad as its flagging for something i dont even know its all reckless landing from the companies side this is so frustrating when you speak to the unprofessional rude customer care agents who forever hangup the call when you request for a manager this is affecting me so bad because now i cannot be able to apply for anything because of that they are telling me to follow the process and wait for 90days😐😡😡😡😡
