Do not buy an aquaflosser

I bought one of these units over a year ago. After a few months the lid broke and the water tank cracked, was still usable. Last month the aquaflosser stopped working. I contacted the office in Cape Town and Jackie Cloete was friendly and quick to respond. I then had to post the product to them and pay R310, once they received the money I have not received any feedback. I phoned multiple times since Jackie now ignores my emails, and I have spoken to her and the manager (Herschell, I think). I have still not received any feedback from them as to when I can receive my unit. My advice to everyone is to buy a similar type of product from a company that sells quality items and that actually has decent customer service!
