Disappointment

I started working online for the above company,building my dollars,pressed forgot password buy accident,loged in with new password,only to find my account is on 0. Payment is a problem. i cant contact them on a contact number because they say the contact number is only for paid members,but the email adress is visible,so i have sent several emails with no reply. I would like to know if the Company is realy legit as they say? Thank you
