Bad service

Hello Peter, I am Dortea. I bought a jumping castle on a promotion from Home Bargain in Durban is February 2020. The promotion was spend more than R15 000 and get funeral combo for free. I paid cash and I spend lore than R15 000, which means I qualify for the promotion. I can send you the proof of payment. Till up to today, I haven't recieved anything. We are now in June 2021. My sale person was Elvena, who started ignoring me when I asked about my jumping.

Went to complain on thier Facebook page, and Inesh called me to apologize and promise to send my order which never happened. The last promise was for me to get order by end Jan. From there it would be next week promises which never materialized. I eventually got tired of waiting and just asked them to refund my money. Inesh promised that she will speak to her manager up to this day, no feedback and no refund.

Fellow home bargain customers, if you do not want lose your money, go buy your Tents and jumping castle somewhere else. Not at Home Bargain. Otherwise order with panadol and antidepressants medications. No delivery, no customer service. If they are denying, my full name is Dortea Alugodhi
