Service Failure
I ordered cupcakes with a specific design and paid in full on Monday for collection on Thursday at 3pm, my order was a mess😡 what I ordered was totally different to what I received and when I complained to Marry whom I was told she’s a supervisor, she said they can out of ingredients. They never bothered to advise me prior instead they don’t care, I will never use their service ever again.
