DON'T LIST YOU PROPERTY WITH THEM !!!!!!!

Homeaway policy is that new properties get paid out 30 Days after payment is received or the day after check-in. It is now 24 Days after the guest have stayed and I have still NOT received my money . I have called them daily all you get is a useless call center . You ask to speak a supervisor they wont put you through . They promise to get somebody to contact you , they don't. I use airbnb , trip advisor , bookings.com and a bunch of other sites never experienced a nightmare like this before .
