Ripoff contractors

The company uses independent contractors who charge exorbitant prices. I changed a part on my freezer 3 times through another company cost me R2500 including call out. These guys quoted R4500. I paid R600 callout fee to the contractor. I ordered the part from Bosch, paid under R1900 and fitted it myself. The owner of the site says he has no control over contractors.
