Beware of these people, I called for help to repair my stove (my hob was working, only the stove has an issue) Web Site homeappliancerepair.co.za *** (No company name, email, address or other contact details available) - Call was handled well, and promised quick quote with callout fee I was happy to pay - Two different people called several times (competed to come repair the job?) - James from "Planet Refrigerations" came to quote next day - My wife was quoted a crazy high price for a controller (that turned out to be a switch) - That evening, when we tried to cook we could not used the hob, as it was dead - I got help to remove the stove and found the main live wire was disconnected

When I called the call center from homeappliancerepair.co.za, I expected an apology. But all I got was I should have called them - I asked them if they would they have come out at 7pm, I had guests and needed to cook - I just got very rude and evasive answers like its my fault

No accountability, not professional, after the callout my appliance in worse condition. No Apology or even tried to resolve issue
