STOP!!!! don't use this company, they are the most ********* online store in ZA. I bought a microphone (R859) and a PC power cable extension cord (R45). The advert for the microphone said on the picture description that it come with a boom arm, it was not sent and the store refused to supply as their excuse was that the boom arm was not included with the microphone, yet it clearly says it come with boom arm in the description, when I mentioned that to the store, they immediately changed the website to reflect that the microphone does not come with boom arm, (they clearly have not heard of the internet archive, which still recorded the original page as per my order) - they refused point black to assist any further.

The PC power extension: I was sent a "power cable" instead, and when I complained about the mix up, they said that the supplier sent the incorrect item and I must send it back at my cost directly to the supplier, imagine a R45 cable must be couriered at my cost of R80 so they can rectify their mistake at leaving me disgusted with the service, I will never ever recommend anyone to use this dishonest, ***** company.
