Wrong size

Evening I’m writing this with a heavy heart I bought a couch and it was delivered on the 27/9/23 and I was only able to get someone to assemble it for me today 1/10/23 only to find out that the couch is too big for my house😭I’m humbly asking for an exchange for a smaller couch. Even if it’s not the same price it’s fine.I bought the couch aa part of the furniture that I bought for the new house that I just bought for my mom.I’m humbly asking for exchange🙏as I’ve got no other options
