Worste service from Management

Had the worst experience at @home Diamond Pavilion Kimberley. Was waiting for a Pargo parcel to collect. The parcel was delivered by the courier yesterday hoewever they could not scan my parcel to supply me with pin. I left the store without my parcel. Phoned today. Still not sorted. After alot of arguing the Manager Ronel gave me my parcel. She was of no assistance in shop and raised her voice to me. Telling me she is doing me a favor giving me my parcel. Not sure what favor as this parcel has been paid for. Will not make use of there services ever again.
