Worst Service of my life

We had a registry at @Home. Firstly half the articles could not be added in due to thatFf not knowing how to. secondly once the register is done when we want to collect our 10% they do not know how to load the gift card which I was told i can collect one week later once they know how to.lod it. But most frustrating is I ordered a dining room table and chairs which I paid for and wash old will be delivered on 28 May 2015. Now I am told they don have it so they can't deliver. Where am I suppose to eat? Ho am I suppose to entertain my guests this weekend? This service there is terrible Ms I will not be going back there ever. They always promise to call but hey never call back either and they havre a habit of dropping the phone on you when they can't help you.
